Perfect custom filters

I ordered a custom size furnace filter, a MERV 11 actually, and it fit perfectly! I was so worried about getting the measurements right, but their guide was really helpful. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said it would. I'm definitely going to shop here again for all my filter needs. I've already told my neighbor about them, too!

Reliable filters, as always

This is my third time ordering custom size filters from Custom Filters Direct, and they've been consistently good. This time I got a few pleated air filters for our commercial building. Just like my previous orders for residential HVAC filters, the sizing was exact, and the quality felt just as robust. The delivery was right on schedule, which is important for us to avoid downtime. I keep coming back because their products always fit perfectly and last as long as they should. It's nice not having to worry about finding an odd size filter at a big box store.

Good filters, fast delivery

Ordered custom size air panels. They fit well. Shipping was quick. No problems at all.

Good quality, fast shipping

I needed a couple of custom AC filters for an older unit, so I went with the MERV 8. The ordering process on their site was pretty straightforward, just inputting the dimensions and choosing the MERV rating. They shipped out quicker than I expected, arriving in about five business days. The filters themselves felt sturdy, not flimsy like some I've bought elsewhere. They slid into the unit without any issues. I even had a question about the return policy because I wasn't 100% sure on my measurements, and their customer support got back to me within a few hours with a clear answer. Overall, a smooth experience and good product.
